Job Description

We have an immediate (onsite)Help Desk Support position inthe Knoxville metro a member of our team in this role youll deliver Tier I technical support to end users by diagnosing issues and guiding them through stepbystep solutions. Availability to support a 24/7/365 service desk is required.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 02 years of relevant experience in a technical support or customer service role.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to equipment software hardware and network malfunctions following established operating procedures.
  • Capable of diagnosing resolving or escalating technical issues as needed in accordance with support guidelines.
  • Deliverexceptional customer service by communicating technical solutions clearly managing issues with empathy and professionalism and maintaining a positive solutionfocused approach.

Preferred Education Skills and Experience:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong multitasking abilities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure and hardware components.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Clearance:

Must be able to obtain favorable Public Trust clearance which includes an extensive government background investigation into the followingareas:
  • Criminal history
  • Financial status
  • Known associates
  • Work history
  • Medical release
