Job Description
In this role you will:
- Design and execute a facilities management program that can scale as the company expands its depot footprint in new cities while managing current daytoday operations in existing facilities.
- Evaluate existing operations design new efficiencies and secure services as required.
- Collaborate closely with the real estate construction and operations teams to support new site selection buildout planning and facilities commissioning.
- Manage budgets for facility operations maintenance and vendor contracts.
- Ensure all Fleet Sites comply with local regulations EHS standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in multicity Facilities operations and management.
- Proven experience managing outsourced vendors and services in multiple locations
- Ability to create manage and track financials across the portfolio (Opex and CAPEX)
- Experience managing industrial spaces (fabrication shops R&D labs logistics automotive shops etc.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems & maintenance (HVAC fire life safety lighting electrical plumbing EV charging stations etc.
Bonus Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred
