Job Description

Enrollment Support Coordinator

As an Enrollment Support Coordinator you will provide the primary program support assistance to IDD Enrollment Continuity of Care and CLOIP Departments in the Disability Services (DS) Division. Tasks include spreadsheet development and tracking mailing forms monitoring enrollment information packet development backup to Time & Attendance system filing technical support to the IDD Enrollment Continuity of Care and CLOIP Programs. Manages and organizes incoming paperwork documents and assists with coordinating communication of the programs. This position also supports the individual staff in completion of time sensitive tasks and supervises enrollments clerk.

In this role you will To provide primary program support services to Enrollments Continuity of Care and Community Living Options Process (CLOIP) Programs.

Maintains supply of forms and office supplies and completes orders of needed materials as needed. Orders postage stamps as needed from accounting.

Coordinates with admin for work orders if printer/copiers are out of use.

Picks up mail daily and distributes to appropriate staff.

Serves as program support for departmental needs such a letter writing telephone appointment or information prompts spreadsheet development filing taking messages etc.

Greets everyone in a prompt courteous and professional manner.

Courteously and professionally screens or transfers calls for program staff offers information to callers regarding programs.
