We are currently searching for a SAP Payroll:
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and design tailored solutions within the SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll system.
- Translate business needs into detailed system design specifications for development teams.
- Oversee endtoend implementation of payroll system designs ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Provide expert guidance to Payroll Teams on system functionality best practices and troubleshooting.
- Develop and deliver training materials to empower endusers on system workflows and optimization.
Requirements
- 6 years of experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll configuration design or implementation.
- Proven expertise in system design for largescale payroll solutions within the SAP/SuccessFactors ecosystem.
- Strong ability to manage competing priorities deliver projects on time and work independently in fastpaced environments.
- Collaborative mindset with experience supporting crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
- Adaptability to evolving business needs and new technical challenges.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
