MaxHome a company backed by Renuity and the Gulf Coast regions most trusted and reputable home improvement company is seeking dynamic and selfmotivated individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Representatives. If you are ambitious charismatic and have a passion for delivering outstanding results we want you to be a part of our success story!
As an Outside Sales Representative for MaxHome you will spend time with customers in their homes to determine their home improvement needs while providing outstanding customer service. Average annual earnings for our Outside Sales Representatives are between $120000 $130000 and top performers make upwards of $275K.
Absolutely NO coldcalling or lead generation required. All leads are warm & preconfirmed. We want you to be able to focus on doing what you do best selling!
Benefits of the position:
Compensation: $120000$275000 per year in commission based on performance
ALL leads are provided to you no cold calling or door knocking! 2 3 preset prequalified appointments a day!

Qualifications:
Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments
InHome Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience is a plus!
Must be selfmotivated and results oriented
Positivity flexibility determination and a persuasive personality
Exceptional customer service
Ability to meet and exceed goals
Works successfully without requiring close supervision
Road warrior; own a reliable vehicle have a valid drivers license and enjoy being on the road!
