The Delivery Enablement (DE) team supports internal stakeholders by providing a robust operational backbone across TAS TES OCFO PI IM IB and TRS. The team includes Talent Acquisition Human Resources Marketing Data Analytics Accounting & Finance and Delivery Excellence. The ideal Vice President Content Marketing (Content Marketing Manager equivalent) candidate is an entrepreneurial selfstarting marketing professional preferably with a businesswriting background. This position reports directly to the Director Marketing and will play a crucial role in upscaling the Portage Point content marketing efforts. This individual should be well versed in current paid and organic marketing channels marketing technologies and marketing trends with the ultimate goal of expanding the Portage Point digital footprint and brand awareness. The candidate must be a quick study team player exceptionally attentive to detail and excel in a highpaced professional services environment.
Responsibilities
Gather and analyze client behavioral data (e.g. web traffic and rankings) to inform marketing strategies and optimize engagement
Assist with organizing events both internal and external
Schedule and maintain website postings
Oversee LinkedIn posts including maintaining social media calendar posting content and preparing analytics
Schedule corporate HTML emails and report performance to key stakeholders
Maintain accurate client data within the CRM and work with professionals to generate clean data
Partner with the Director Marketing to maintain award submissions and content creation
Maintain marketing metrics archive including past campaign results
Monitor competitor marketing activities as well as market trends
Coordinate branded merchandise orders and assist with quality control
Assist with the development implementation and management of marketingrelated technologies such as Wordpress Adobe Creative Suite and digital asset management system (Bynder)
Provide ad hoc support to team members across the organization including PowerPoint slide formatting graphic creation and content updates
Design collateral including but not limited to unique layouts for content 1pages infographics PowerPoint slides etc) eventspecific graphics / signs and select firm communications
Support firm development efforts and lead internal trainings as needed
Manage daily administrative tasks such as file organization email management asset requests and library maintenance
Work independently with a high level of ownership over deliverables ensuring timely and proactive problemsolving across marketing initiatives
Contribute to creating a highperforming and inclusive culture
Qualifications
Bachelors degree from a top undergraduate program
A degree in marketing communications graphic design or similar field is preferred
Located in or willing to relocate to Chicago New York Dallas or Los Angeles
Invested in a teambased culture motivated to collaborate in office four days per week
Six plus years of proven work experience as a Marketing Associate Marketing Assistant or similar role
Demonstrated experience within financial or professional services
Advanced ability to write and edit copy for press releases social posts and emarketing
Strong analytical skills with a goaloriented attitude
Software skills including WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with Cvent Intapp and / or Google Analytics is preferred
Excellent problem solving capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong email etiquette
Selfstarter and entrepreneurial spirit
Ability to successfully work in a small collaborative team environment
Effectively communicate analysis through Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint including highquality messaging structure and formatting

$130000 $150000 a year
The City of New York and the State of California require Portage Point to provide compensation information for this role. This range represents the anticipated minimum and maximum base plus bonus for this position based upon a good faith and reasonable estimate. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the applicants qualifications (education training and / or experience related to this role) and therefore may fall outside the range shown depending on the circumstances.
