Job Description
University Home Care is looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide you will provide essential care to patients in their homes assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their wellbeing.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting patients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing and grooming.
- Monitoring and recording patients vital signs.
- Assisting with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Following care plans and reporting any changes in the patients condition to the healthcare team.
- Medication reminders
Requirements:
- Car insurance and registration.
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with patients.
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
