The Role

As a Community Impact Strategist youll own the mission of building and strengthening Ziplines presence in Dallas. Youll act as a trusted partner to local governments civic organizations businesses and schools shaping a community narrative around Ziplines transformative technology. You wont just build relationshipsyoull drive action.

Your insights will directly influence how we engage with the community ensuring our operations align with local needs while accelerating adoption of our services. This is a fastpaced highimpact role that blends strategy communication and ontheground .

This role is based in Dallas Texas with travel required across the metroplex.

What Youll Do

• Strategize and execute engagement plans: Develop and implement initiatives that build trust and excitement around Ziplines mission.
• Build meaningful partnerships: Establish relationships with local leaders from government officials to community influencers driving support for Ziplines operations.
• Lead community outreach efforts: Represent Zipline at events host discussions and ensure stakeholders understand the societal and economic value we bring.
• Gather and act on feedback: Serve as the communitys voice within Zipline influencing our messaging and strategy.
• Amplify Ziplines presence: Create and execute grassroots campaigns to extend awareness and love for our brand.

What Youll Bring

• 2 years of experience in community engagement public affairs grassroots organizing or equivalent roles.
• Exceptional communication skillscomfortable presenting to diverse audiences and crafting compelling narratives.
• A proactive mindset with a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive initiatives independently.
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel locally for meetings and events.
• Must be local to Dallas or open to relocating (relocation assistance available).
