Job Description
A global manufacturing company located in the suburbs of Buffalo NY is looking to add a Buyer to their team. This role is responsible for the acquisition of materials and services needed to meet manufacturing requirements.
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:
- Negotiating price quality and delivery for required materials in regards to the placement of purchase orders
- Processing purchase requisitions for materials
- Investigating all material variance reports and coordinating between supplier and quality and Engineering departments
- Assisting other department personnel on matters related to material acquisition
- Preparing and maintaining reports
