Badger Maps is currently expanding operations rapidly and we are seeking talented individuals to take part in our Sales team!
The Sales team is responsible for discovering/developing champions at target companies through a consultative approach. As a Senior Account Executive youll work closely with customers and prospects to discover their business needs and challenges and then coach them on the best ways to use Badger Maps to solve them. Our existing customer base ranges from SMB to enterprise from your local brewery to national leaders in pharmaceutical.
Responsibilities:
Engage in a consultative sales process to drive leads towards one or more products that will best fit their needs
Identify customers business drivers and needs and align them with the technical benefits of the Badger Maps software solution to create value
Map the customers decision makers buyers champions and develop strategies for each to improve deal confidence
Nurture relationships with single license prospects and customers at ideal companies to help push deals to completion
Full sales cycle ensuring overall customer satisfaction from the inbound conversion through an initial close and then postsale handoff to the Customer Success team
Schedule and handle intro calls and demos make outbound calls to support and qualify prospects/customers
Collaborate with Customer Success for an amazing onboarding and customer experience; and serving as voice of the customer & collecting feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas
Work with other Account Executives to spearhead the growth & adoption of Badger Maps proactively making recommendations and improvements to the sales process and customer sales journey
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline 45X of qualified opportunities) while making sure our CRM is updated with all of the relevant customer information
Qualifications:
5 years of customerfacing sales experience with SaaS products
Experience handling and owning MidMarket to Enterprise deal sizes with a proven track record of consistent quota overachievement
Selfmotivated proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships
Tech savvy proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides CRMs and learning new programs/tools
Creative problem solver comfortable in a fastpaced startup environment and taking on new challenges

$50000 to 60000 base Uncapped Commissions!
