Your day as a Payroll/Accounts Payable Specialist

As a Payroll/Accounts Payable Specialist at Viking CocaCola you will be at the heart of our financial operations processing and verifying payroll data while ensuring accuracy in hours worked wages deductions and taxes. Youll maintain uptodate payroll records and calculate commissions making your role crucial to our teams success. By responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters youll be a key resource for our staff all while upholding the utmost confidentiality of payroll data. Additionally you will process vendor invoices manage payment schedules and communicate with vendors to resolve any issues promptly. Your contributions will assist in the monthend closing process and may include other duties as assigned making every day at Viking CocaCola an engaging and fulfilling experience!
