Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Representative (German Market)
Location: Dublin Republic of Ireland
Work Model: Remote (with one day per month at the office)
Employment Type: Fulltime
Compensation: 42000 base salary 7000 annual bonus (gross)

We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team and support growth in the German market. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sales thrive in a fastpaced digital environment and are motivated by results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate existing and prospective customers on the value and benefits of our products.

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound leads generated by marketing efforts and product engagement.

  • Qualify leads respond to inquiries and guide small businesses through the sales cycle.

  • Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and appointmentsetting goals.

  • Close deals and manage inbound leads from new and existing accounts.

  • Collaborate with marketing business and product teams to identify new sales strategies and optimize lead conversion.

  • Continuously seek to improve internal sales processes and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent German (C1 speaker with excellent English communication skills.

  • 12 years of sales experience ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.

  • Proven ability to close deals is a strong advantage.

  • Strong interpersonal skills: selfmotivated organized inquisitive and goaldriven.

  • Experience with pipeline management lead qualification and sales forecasting.

  • Ability to manage high volumes of interactions efficiently and professionally.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability in a constantly evolving environment.
