Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with designers program managers and engineers to explore plan validate and deliver scalable solutions.
- Advocate for a design system approach by developing reusable scalable UI patterns that ensure cohesive user experiences across products.
- Support initiatives that enhance platform thinking and improve design processes to foster consistency and cohesion in user experiences.
- Actively contribute to a vibrant diverse and global design community.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of professional experience in user experience design.
- Proven expertise in design systems and building reusable UI components.
- Solid understanding of visual design fundamentals including typography color theory hierarchy and Gestalt principles.
- Skilled in visualizing and prototyping at various levels of fidelity from early concepts and wireframes to polished productionready assets with documentation.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate design rationale and outcomes to diverse stakeholders.
- Passionate about AIdriven interfaces and emerging technologies with a comfort for ambiguity and experimentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in interaction design including wireframing user flows prototyping and usability testing.
- Familiarity with motion design or animation principles.
- Background in industries that leverage designcentric tools or platforms.
- A bachelors degree in a relevant field is preferred; equivalent work experience is also welcome.
