About the Client

Your Role

Support highlevel clients through chat email and phone helping them succeed across multiple channels

Assist and expand the selfservice advertising user base

Provide both presales and postsales support for selfserve products
-
Offer product and technical support to enhance user experience

Identify and resolve issues like bugs or ad delivery challenges

Keep clients updated with proactive communication

Share client feedback with engineering to improve products

Help clients optimize their use of available tools and features
What You Bring

Nativelevel Italian communication skills (spoken and written)

Good command of English (at least B2 level)

Comfortable with digital tools (basic computer skills required advanced skills like coding are a plus)

Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities

Excellent communication across all formats

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
