Responsibilities:
Provide client care according to approved Plan of Care
Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
Provide transportation as required
Assist in providing a safe environment for client
Comply with all documentation and record keeping requirements
Requirements include:
STNA certification
Minimum of one 1 year of documented health care experience (unless participating in an approved Mentor Program)
Valid drivers license
Reliable car / auto insurance
Clean background and criminal record
