1:1 PartTime Support Staff Needed Liverpool Ny Area (Job #CAMH)
A 20 year old male in the Liverpool area is looking for inhome respite support in the evenings or on the weekends. He enjoys being outside and going for walks riding his adaptive bike going swimming and bowling.
The ideal candidate will need to be vigilant attentive and active. The ideal candidate will need to be able to stay within arms reach. The ideal candidate will need to be comfortable with lifting providing hands on assistance.
This is a parttime position but additional hours are available with other people receiving services at the agency.
Hours and days of work: Friday 5pm9pm and Saturday 10am3pm
Starting pay: Starting pay is $18/hour and increases with years of relevant experience
Location: Liverpool NY
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work independently in the persons home and/or community.
- Reliable with effective communication and organizational skills
- No experience required but experience working with people with disabilities preferred.
- New York State Drivers license reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance is required; acceptable driving record required.
- Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community.
