We are seeking a proactive and customerfocused Manager of Consulting Services to lead a team of consultants dedicated to delivering highquality Technical and Advisory Services. This role is pivotal in evolving consulting Services improving operational efficiency and delivering meaningful outcomes to increase customer satisfaction.
What you will do:
- Manage a team of consultants focused on delivering exceptional Consulting Technical Advisory and NonProject Services.
- Lead efforts to address escalations partnering with PMO Consulting Managers CS and Support teams to restore customer engagement satisfaction and retention.
- Drive evolution of Consulting Services Offerings including potentially Managed Services to meet and exceed client needs.
- Partner with Customer Success (CS) and Support teams to provide technical expertise foster strong customer relationships and mitigate churn risks.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through knowledge sharing upskilling across departments and thought leadership by supporting the team in creating knowledge articles enhancing the ILX digital community Knowledge base and driving innovation.
- Oversee all aspects of team performance including career development performance and mentoring and guidance.

What you bring:
- Proven people management and strong leadership experience preferably within consulting or professional services.
- A track record of successfully delivering highquality consulting and managed Services.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop highperforming consulting teams delivering quality outcomes.
- Strong clientfacing experience with expertise in building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and work in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
- Strong problemsolving and escalation management skills with a focus on proactive solutions.
- A passion for service improvement innovation and operational excellence.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
