Job Overview
The PRT English Teacher position at Podar Education Network in Udupi is a fulltime juniorlevel role. We seek a motivated individual with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong teaching capabilities in English and demonstrate a passion for student engagement and excellence.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have a degree and specialization in PRT English (Mandatory skill).
- Proven lesson planning skills to create detailed effective plans for engaging learning experiences (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in assessing students progress and providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Ability to use interactive learning tools effectively to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Strong skills in reading and writing instruction to improve students literacy and comprehension levels.
- Competency in communicating effectively with parents to discuss student progress and concerns.
- Enthusiasm for integrating creative teaching methods to inspire and motivate students.
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills to maintain a productive learning environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives and standards.
