The role:
The Group Operations Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the smooth of group travel bookings from confirmation through to departure. This position is managing documentation coordinating itineraries processing payments overseeing air and land arrangements and performing final quality checks. Acting as a central point of communication between internal teams suppliers and subagents the specialist ensures deadlines are met and details are flawlessly executed.
