Job Description
Manager Quote Support Group
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to head our Quote Support Team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible to drive the timing accuracy and aggressiveness of product quotations ensuring our customers receive timely and competitive quotes. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong background in sales and knowledge of finance principals.
What youll do:
- Lead and Manage Quotation Support Team: Oversee the Quote Support Team providing guidance training and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Manage Quotation activities: Drive standards timing approvals and Chair Quotation Approval Meetings
- Drive Quotation Process: Work cross functionally within Autoliv to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of product quotations.
- Achieve New Order Intake Goals
- Balance risk and aggressiveness of quotations
- Develop strategies to offer competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.
- Collaborate with Sales Directors functional support organizations
- Monitor Performance: Track and analyze key metrics related to quotation timing accuracy and competitiveness making datadriven decisions to optimize performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
What is required:
- Education: Bachelors degree in business Finance Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a sales engineering finance or quotation management role in the automotive sector. Leadership experience is highly beneficial.
- Skills: Strong analytical organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel PowerBI is desirable.
- Attributes: Strategic thinker detailoriented customerfocused and able to work under pressure.
