The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized professional and results oriented individual to serve as Foster Home Licensing Supervisor. Under administrative direction this position oversees the activities of a team of professional foster home licensing staff and coordinates foster care recruitment assessment and the identification and facilitation of placements to an array of substitute care living arrangements. Additionally the position approves licensing recommendations and reviews and approves licensing complaint files completed by assigned staff.
This position provides a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about children and interested in being a leader in the administration of agency monitoring services to ensure foster homes adhere to all appropriate licensing requirements to keep children safe.
