They are the front line of communication for many businesses often acting as the first point of contact for potential or existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
Making calls to potential customers to introduce products or services explain their features and generate interest.
Inbound Call Handling:
Addressing inquiries concerns and complaints from existing customers or those who have responded to marketing efforts.
Lead Generation:
Identifying and qualifying potential customers through calls and follow-up activities.
Sales & Conversions:
Persuading customers to make purchases schedule appointments or take other desired actions.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Updates:
Maintaining accurate records of interactions and updating customer information in the CRM system.
Feedback Collection:
Gathering feedback from customers to help improve products services or the overall customer experience.
Achieving Targets:

Following Scripts and Guidelines:
Adhering to company scripts and policies while maintaining professionalism during calls.
