Your Mission
We are looking for an Expert Cinematics Engineer with an eye for detail and passion for helping to build the technology behind our biggest games. This is a great opportunity to work alongside some of the most forwardlooking technologists in the industry and to be part of a team that defines and shapes the technology of our upcoming Call of Duty titles.
What you bring to the table
The videogame industry and therefore our business is fastpaced and will continue to evolve. As such the duties and responsibilities of this role may be changed as directed by the Company at any time to promote and support our business and relationships with industry partners. This role includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
- Engage with content and engineering teams across our studios to deliver cuttingedge cinematic experiences for our games.
- Develop robust solutions for synchronization of cinematics in both single and multiplayer game environments.
- Provide support and new feature development across tools pipeline and engine code.
- Collaborate with different engineering departments to target the highest possible visual and audio fidelity.
Player Profile
Experience
- 7 years of game development experience.
- Experience working as part of a large team within a complex codebase.
Knowledge & Skills
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent C/C programming debugging and optimization skills.
Key Attributes
- Experience working as part of a large team within a complex codebase.
- Keen interest in or direct experience working on game animation or cinematics systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Extra Points:
Experience
- Experience developing for game consoles.
- Credited on 2 or more AAA game titles.
- Experience with client/server game engines.
