Job Description
Come and join The Cove Lakeside Resort Team located in West Kelowna British Columbias beautiful Okanagan Pool Attendant isresponsible for overseeing the outdoor pool area to ensure an enjoyable and safe experience for all guests and owners.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests in a timelyand courteous manner.
- Take orders serve drinks and confectionaryitems.
- Process payment in line withResort policy.
- Complete setup and closing dutiesin a timely fashion.
- Maintain a clean and safe environmentby returning furniture to its correct location picking up used towels andgarbage.
- Monitor pool restrooms to ensurethey remain neat clean and stocked.
- Manages pool towel stocking.
- Maintain inventory levels communicatingordering requirements to Manager.
- Complete cleaning of the poolarea as required.
- Maintains order in the pool andadjoining areas.
- Provides guest with generalinformation on the pool resort and local area.
- Record and report all accidentsand injuries.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to evaluate and solve problems accurately and efficiently.
- Able to multitask
- Move lift carry push pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
- Reach overhead and below the knees including bending twisting pulling and stooping.
- Ability to work flexible schedule
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
Wage:$21.20 per hour plus summer incentive bonus.
Job Type: Seasonal Starting June 122025 and ending September 1 2025.
Schedule:Full Time 10am6.30pm shift including weekends and holidays
