What youll be doing:

• The people we support have various disabilities such as mild to moderate learning difficulties psychiatric difficulties and epilepsy.
• Youll support on a 11 basis promoting independence and encouraging the people we support to access the community.
• Working to maintain a high level of support thats required for the service needs.
• Experience required.
• participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
• This is within a small yet busy vibrant supported living service for 4 adults.

• This role isdays but may require Waking night shifts depending on service requirements
