Location: West Point NY

Hours: MonFri 7:304 (Some oncall/some flexibility needed)

Rate: $68000/yr

Job Description: The Building Systems Supervisor will be responsible for daytoday operations of the building with task specific needs of the facility. The BSS will monitor supervise and train a maintenance team on task specific projects encompassing all critical building systems.

The Building Systems Supervisor must have strong knowledge and credentials pertaining to:

Refrigeration systems (Chiller)
Heating systems
Plumbing
Building automation
Electrical systems.

The BSS will be responsible for all preventive maintenance schedules as well as supervising the management team with short term and long term planning for the structural and mechanical needs of the facility with a strong focus on HVAC.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must have five years of experience in building system operation.
Two to three years of supervisory experience.
Certifications in HVAC repair
Continuing education will be expected.

Education: Four Year Degree in a related field is preferred
