The Red White & Brew Inc in Hammond LA voted Best Bar Best Wine Bar Best Wine Selection and Best Beer Selection in Tangipahoa is looking for one dynamic experienced bartender to join our 15 person strong team. We are located on 120 E Thomas St. Our ideal candidate is selfdriven motivated and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers both behind the bar and in the retail shop
- Check customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Plan and present our electronic bar menu
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare craft cocktails
- Serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all ATC food and beverage regulations
- Complete all required shift duties and maintain a clean bar.
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a bartender with craft cocktail experience
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing garnishing and serving drinks
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized stocked and clean
- Relevant ATC Responsible Server training certificate
- Wine and Beer knowledge is a huge plus
