Job Description
We are hiring at Rizzutos Oyster Bar & Restaurant in Westport CT !
Were a busy seafood & Italian hotspot looking for:
-Previous bartending experience
-Great attitude & upbeat energy
-Passion for amazing service
Be part of a fun fast-paced team serving great drinks & great food to great people!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- Knowledge of our food menu fish specials and cocktail/wine list
- Interact with customers take orders and serve dinner and drinks
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Check customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Qualifications
- Experience in a full-service restaurant
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing garnishing and serving drinks
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized stocked and clean
