Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator Cardiff 32k package
Due to growth a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator to join an innovative dynamic and wellestablished brand on a permanent basis in Cardiff. They are looking for an experienced Estate Agent ideally with Valuation experience who will have the opportunity to progress into a management position.
As an Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator you will be working as part of a small but fast paced sales team and you will be responsible for:
- Arranging property viewings
- Negotiating sales
- Carrying out Valuations
- Listening to potential buyers requirements and selling the best suited property
- Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have
- Sales Progression
Skills Required:
- Estate Agency experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Full UK driving license and car
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 17:30 alternate Saturday 10:00 16:00 with day off in lieu.
