Job Description
Maynard Nursing Home located in downtown Toronto ON has an exciting opportunity for a Permanent PartTime Food Service Aideto join their Long Term Care team.
Shift details 16 hours/ 4 days biweekly
Shift timing 04:00pm to 08:00 pm
Week 1 Tuesday Saturday Sunday
Week 2 Thursday

As a new Food Services team member joining our Village you will:
Support and embrace our residentcentred social culture and be proud to deliver the highest quality of customer service to our residents. You will assist in serving meals and beverages to our residents ensuring we meet residents diets and food preferences while following safe and sanitary food handling techniques.
Food Services Team Members at Schlegel Villages assist with the preparation of catering functions and events and in maintaining and clean dining room and workspace.
To be successful as our new Food Services Team Member you will:
- Hold a Smart Serve Certificate
- Be excited by our objectives our Village philosophy and the family values that shape all aspects of life in a Schlegel Village
- Display a caring and respectful attitude toward our residents families and team members
It would be an asset if our new Food Services Team Member had:
- A valid Food Handlers certification
