Job Description
Description of the role:
By the Sea Resorts is seeking skilled Handymen to join our team in Panama City Beach FL. As a Handyman you will be responsible for inspecting maintaining and repairing our properties to ensure they are in excellent condition.
Responsibilities:
- Performing routine maintenance tasks on facilities.
- Repairing equipment and property as needed.
- Handling minor plumbing electrical and carpentry work.
- Assisting with property improvement projects.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or similar role.
- Knowledge of basic repair and maintenance tasks.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent problemsolving skills.
