Job Description
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks for residential and commercial customers
- Perform minor plumbing electrical carpentry and drywall repairs
- Install and repair fixtures appliances and other items
- Assist in the installation of new construction materials
- Assist with painting staining and other finishing tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in construction carpentry or related field
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Excellent communication customer service and problem-solving skills
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
