Director of Rooms at La Valle Coastal Club Golf Course & MembersOnly Sports and Social Club

The Director of Rooms directs and coordinate activities of the Rooms Division to ensure their compliance with the company standards and goals. They promote and monitor the professional growth of direct reports.
DaytoDay
- Analyzing and improving guest service in order to exceed the guests expectation while following company financial objectives
- Ensure all performance reviews are completed on time for all division employee partners
- Point person for all Rooms computer and operating systems including communication with the appropriate property staff
- Set an example in adhering to Star Service philosophy and ensure that all rooms areas have regular meetings.
- Responsible for meeting all financial objectives of the Rooms Division as established by the Corporate Office and the Resort.
- Stay current of industry trends and technological advances and make recommendations to the resort concerning future guest and technology needs.
- Ensure the proper cleanliness and appearance of all guest rooms and public spaces.
- Participate in development & implementation of all Rooms related budgets and projects.
About you
- Minimum four years work experience in related industry.
- Four year college certificate or two to four years related experience industry and/or training or equivalent education and experience.
