The Role: Executive Assistant to Founders

The Day to Day:
Provide direct administrative support to the CEO and CTO
Manage highvolume inboxes and prioritize communications
Take ownership of tasks from scratch and see them through to completion
Handle scheduling internal coordination and followups
Work within tools like Rippling to assist with HR/ops tasks
Serve as a utility player in a dynamic ambiguous environment
