This is an intermittent position where an employee is limited to working less than one thousand hours per fiscal year.

This Customer Service Assistant position will work inoffice at the Department of Commerce Tussing Rd. location. 6606 Tussing Rd. Reynoldsburg OH 43068.

Hours scheduled per week will vary dependent on workload.

What Youll Do:

• Process incoming mail to include stamping reviewing for completeness logging and filing.
• Respond to email or phone inquiries received within the Division.
• Assist with research into customer inquiries
• Assist with records data documentation and reports
• Complete other general office tasks as needed

Hours scheduled per week will vary dependent on workload.

Intermittent employment is not eligible for benefits.

9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in office practices & procedures; 9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in public relations or customer service that included techniques for handling difficult people; 9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in typing keyboarding data entry or word processing; 9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in operation of personal computer.
