Starting Hourly Rate: $16.02
Salary Schedule:SEIU 10at Service Associate is responsible for assistingwith the preparation and serving of nutritious and attractive meals in apleasant efficient and effective manner requires personal neatness apleasant disposition independent working skills quickness in carrying outduties serving skills heavy lifting cashiering daily record keeping anddeposits step climbing dishwashing cleanup and working with various chemicalsand detergents.
MinimumQualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food preparationpreferred
- Musthave math skills at grade 12 level
- ValidWashington State Health card (maintained for the duration of this job)
- ServSafe certification desired
- Evidence of excellent attendance and work record
- Experienceand/or training with cultural ethnic and language diversity preferred
Essential Job Functions:

- Prepare foods with efficiencyfor kitchen and ship out kitchens as needed (i.e. wrap burgers pre-packagesalads etc.)

- Lift up to 35 pounds in variouscontainers i.e. mixing bowls cases of food large pans of unbaked and bakedfood cases of canned and fresh vegetable and fruit

- Serve proper portions of food
- Assist in daily cleanup of kitchen andservice areas
- Maintain sanitary conditions at alltimes

- Assist with daily record keeping anddeposits as assigned
- Store leftover food properly
- Maintain proper storage of food items
- Provide backup assistance for kitchenmanager
