The Accreditation Manager will play a pivotal role in elevating the accreditation experience ensuring the seamless of collecting credentials assisting in supporting the accreditation suppliers assisting with placements and being a frontfacing representative during events.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service creating an overall positive client experience prior to and during gamestime.
2. Managing the Accreditation Venue: Making sure doors open and close during the hours of operations and ensuring that staff and suppliers are able to access the venue.
3. Serve as a point of contact for accreditation inquiries via phone email providing timely information assistance and guidance as required.
4. FrontFacing Presence: Represent TrackTown USA during events by actively supporting suppliers and workforce addressing onsite issues and ensuring a positive client experience.
Other Duties as Assigned: The Accreditation Manager may also be responsible for performing other duties as assigned by the Head of Accreditation. These additional tasks will be in line with the overall objectives of the role and will provide opportunities for professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Detailoriented and highly organized.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Ability to work accurately and effectively on tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Proficient with using computer applications (e.g. Word Excel cloud based programs).
Evidence of leadership experience or customer service background.
Familiarity with event management and event coordination is a plus.
Track & Field Championship planning and/or management experience.
Time Requirements:
This position can expect to work 8 12 hours per event day; however hours may vary. Outside of event days this positions hours will vary dependent on company need and will be communicated proactively by Head of Accreditation.
