You have 3 years of experience in a role with backend development responsibilities or proven experience in automating and optimizing processes. Youre now looking to transition into a more Operationsfocused role and move beyond purely developmentfocused work
Youre proficient in Python and SQL
Experience connecting and working with APIs and databases is a must
You have a datadriven mindset and pay close attention to detail
Youre passionate about optimizing and automating processes
Youre a selfstarter with a cando attitude and eagerness to learn
Ability to work independently and be output/resultsdriven
Nice to have:Experience with HubSpot
Experience using Jira
Familiarity with invoicing systems or finance operations
Previous experience in startups or highgrowth environments
HAVE AN IMPACT
Playing a key role in our operations team focused on optimizing and automating internal processes
Execute and continuously improve our existing invoicing automation process
Build integrations between systems using APIs and databases
Ensure data accuracy consistency and reliability across platforms
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (e.g. tech finance business ops)
Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics
Take ownership of operational efficiency projects from start to finish
