The Corporate Strategy Manager will report directly to the Senior Corporate Strategy Manager of the Identity & Access Management Solutions (IAMS) business area.
The qualified candidate will be tasked with supporting IAMS in planning delivering and implementing highpriority strategic projects that contribute to the overall business strategy and help drive its successful .
Furthermore this role will workin close cooperationwith the corporate team on initiatives that will involve the business area or any strategic evolution.

- Managing complex research and analyses to drive business case development for key strategic focus areas.
- Share insights and recommendations in a structured and easily digestible manner in both written and oral format persuading based on facts and sound logic.
- Supporting the development of strategy & management presentations to ASSA ABLOY Group and HID Management.
- Help track and monitor key initiatives and results of implemented strategies.
- Supporting endtoend strategy development including adjustments to existing strategies based on new learnings and changes in the competitive environment.
- Developing IAMS overall strategy as well as providing strategic support to IAMS 3 business units (BUs).

YourExperienceand Education include:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Economics or Engineering. Masters Degree valued.
- 13 years of relevant professional experience from toptier management consulting strategy/business development line role investment banking or similar.
- High proficiency with Microsoft products especially Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word and PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel internationally when needed.
- Technical experience or additional background preferred.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
