Duties and Responsibilities:
- To facilitate and coordinate activities of the Civil Courts Support personnel engaged in carrying out organizational objectives utilizing knowledge of the District Clerks rules regulations and policies.
- To achieve optimum efficiency and accomplish the goals of the District Clerks Office as outlined in the organizational Strategic Plan and Mission Statement.

Requirements
All applicants must register and take the HRT Clerical Skills Test and score a minimum of 80 with a typing speed of 35 W.P.M. and 80 accuracy.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in a related field of study from an accredited college or university and
- Three 3 years of related experience OR
- Seven 7 years of related experience
- Minimum two 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role working with or within the District Clerks office.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Have a general knowledge and understanding of the responsibilities of the various sections within the District Clerks office.
- Must be able to explain to lawyers and pro se litigants the reasons for clerks taking action in the processing of filings.
- Must be capable of working under stress and managing multiple projects simultaneously with little to no supervision.
- Must be able to work overtime without prior notice and work flexible hours as required.
- Must be willing to travel to any destination required to participate or assist with office projects.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
- Must possess a knowledge of JWEB and DEEDS in order to assist staff.
- Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Must have excellent presentation analytical decisionmaking prioritization and organizational skills.
- Must have a high level of confidentiality personal responsibility dependability and time management.
- Must act as a role model for the section; presenting oneself as a professional employee for the staff and other employees to emulate Lead by example.
- Must be able to elevate the staff and team performance by supervising mentoring coaching and developing skills for high performance.
- Must be able to establish and maintain professional and effective working relationships with the staff management members and other employees throughout the organization.
- Must be eligible for employment in the United States.
- Testing is required. (Grammar 80 Typing 35 words per minute with 80 accuracy)
