WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A SENIOR MAINTENANCE TECH
Your day as a Senior Maintenance Tech with our real estate and property management company starts with reviewing the work orders and planning your tasks. You begin by fixing a leaky pipe in one home ensuring the plumbing is watertight and functional. Next you move on to diagnosing an electrical issuereplacing a faulty outlet to restore power safely. Additionally you repair a section of roofing damaged by weather secure shingles and check the gutters for blockages. Later you may tackle some carpentry work such as patching drywall or fixing a door that wont close properly. Every task focuses on maintaining and repairing existing homes ensuring theyre safe functional and comfortable for residents.
