DescriptionThe Field Services Dynamics Manager will oversee the implementation optimization and management of field service operations within our organization leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other relevant technologies. This role is pivotal in enhancing service delivery improving customer satisfaction and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in field service management project management and technical proficiency in Dynamics 365 ensuring that our field service teams are equipped with the tools and processes needed to excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies for field service operations that align with company goals and enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Dynamics 365 Management: Oversee the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for field service ensuring effective use of tools for scheduling dispatching and inventory management. Knowledge and experience in replacing legacy systems with Dynamics 365
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline processes enhance service delivery and improve overall operational performance through best practices and technology utilization.
- Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers addressing their needs and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for field service operations using datadriven insights to make informed decisions and drive improvements.
- Team Leadership: Lead mentor and develop team members across the globe promoting a culture of excellence accountability and continuous improvement.
- Budget Management: Manage the field service budget ensuring effective allocation of resources and control of costs.
