Job Description
Legacy Property Australia are looking for a highly experienced professional to join our South East Queensland team in our Maroochydore office as a Property Manager.
The role
You are an experienced and confident Property Manager who has a passion for outstanding customer service.
- Sole management of your own portfolio
- Routine inspection entry & exit inspections
- Leasing
- Rental arrears
- Landlord and tenant communications
- Preparing and attending QCAT if required
- All day to day activities of managing a portfolio
- Suited to a selfmotivated highly experienced and organised individual
About you
You are driven focused and an excellent communicator who can build rapport confidently and comfortably.
To be successful in this role you will need the following
- At least 2 years experience as a Property Manager
- Have a current Queensland Real Estate Agent Certificate
- Full Queensland Drivers license
- Experience with Console Cloud would be highly advantageous
- Confident in building positive professional relationships with clients
- Ability to work autonomously in managing your portfolio
- Dedicated to continued professional development
- Staying up to date with best practice and legislation
- Great at communicating and negotiating
