Position Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Enrollment Services/Registrar this position is responsible for managing the daytoday activities of the Pendleton Enrollment Services window and Testing Center student records registration and testing services. The Assistant Director of Enrollment Services is responsible for the coordination and training of new and continuing collegewide frontline and testing services staff. Additional responsibilities include supervision and training of enrollment and testing services classified staff coordination of the annual commencement ceremony FERPA training and oversight of student records registration and testing. This position will serve as the Directors designee in their absence. Performs all functions and activities within the guidelines and philosophy set forth in the BMCC Mission Vision and Strategic Plan.

Light Work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Even though weight lifted may be negligible it may be rated light work if frequent walking and/or standing is required.

Required Education and Experience

Pay: $57067.00 $60000.00 depending on experience.
