One Vision is seeking Team Leads for our Garner HCBS Sites. The starting wage for Team Lead is $22.00 per hour. Currently offering a $1500 retention bonus
Our Team Leads oversee our Direct Support Professionals to provide support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
The Team Lead role includes but is not limited to supervising a team of no more than 5 team members who support our individuals with daily living skills including housekeeping laundry cooking hygiene and selfadministration of medications. They are also responsible for providing supporting individuals with their finances/budgeting. In addition to daily work.
The Team Lead ensures that the team is properly trained to support individuals according to One Visions standards ensuring safety of individuals and staff ensuring compliance requirements are met for federal state and national accreditation requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School education/GED with 5 years of progressively responsible experience supporting individuals with disabilities preferred.
- OR BA/BS degree in Human Servicerelated field with 2 years of progressively responsible experience supporting individuals with disabilities preferred.
- Prior team leader or supervision experience preferred.
- Medication Manager certification required (Opportunity to become certified within 6 mo.
Additional Skill Requirements
- Utilize Mandt Certified skills.
- Basic computer skills needed to complete documentation.
- Current drivers license and proof of auto insurance.
- Requires some physical activity bending kneeling stooping. Lifting or use of lifts for some individuals.
- Offer of employment is contingent upon background check drug screen physical assessment to occasionally lift to 50 pounds.
Schedule
Our Team Leads work on an oncall rotation in addition to their normal schedule. (Opportunity for flexibility within your team)
