As part of Global Corporate Banking MidCap you are responsible for managing relationships with private & listed companies with revenues of $500 million and above. This group provides traditional corporate banking products as well as investment banking products to its clients. Our business partners include product specialists from Debt Capital Markets Equity Capital Markets M&A Treasury Services Corporate Derivatives and Private Banking.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify pursue and close sales opportunities for J.P. Morgans broad range of financial products and services
- Manage complex multiproduct client relationships as the primary relationship manager
- Coordinate the sales and service efforts of multiple internal business partners including our Investment Banking industry and product partners.
- Proactively market clients and prospects; represent GCB MidCap European Banking Group in the local banking and business communities and develop a network of referral sources
- Collaborate with credit underwriting team on analysis structuring negotiation and documentation of credit requests
- Initiate and maintain strategic dialogue with clients and prospects to generate ongoing Investment Banking treasury services and credit opportunities
- Strictly comply with all regulatory and JPMC rules policies and procedures
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Candidate must be a top individual contributor with a strong performance track record
- Demonstrates outstanding ability to manage and influence stakeholder relationships at all levels with particular focus at the senior management level
- Relevant experience of Commercial Banking / Investment Banking / Capital markets products in a leadership capacity
- Knowledge of the German Mid Cap Market
- Strong work ethic and selfstarter who is able to work independently and part of a larger team.
- Ability to readjust under high pressure and challenging situations
- Demonstrates exceptional presentation skills and strong client capabilities
- Proven ability to exercise independent and proactive leadership
- Proven credit analytical and problemsolving skills to identify business trends and to take a businessoriented approach
- Demonstrates ability to juggle and execute a high volume of competing priorities within strict deadlines
- Enthusiasm to take on new and challenging tasks in dynamic environment
- Fluency in English and German
Required Experience:
