Job Description
We are looking for an energetic Assistant Residence Manager whos ready to take the lead at one of our homes. We are the Arc in Saratoga County supporting adults with developmental disabilities. We are a mission driven organization looking for someone who has experience supporting people who have a developmental disability with the desire to strengthen employees skills and contribute to our valuesbased organization. With a focus on Person Centered supports you have the ability to grow within your career while contributing to growth of the people we work with.

Experience/Education
- A bachelors degree in education special education psychology or related Human Services field with one year of experience working with people who have a developmental disability
OR
- A high school diploma with four years of experience working with people who have a developmental disability
- Supervisory experience strongly preferred
Must have:
- Valid Drivers License
