Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand their business goals and articulate how our solution drives measurable value.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends usage patterns and opportunities for value realization.
- Create and deliver compelling value narratives using quantitative insights.
- Partner with internal teams to scale value delivery frameworks and best practices.
- Track and measure realized value to support renewals and expansion conversations.
What we are looking for :
- Individual contributor (IC) role ideally in a clientfacing capacity (e.g. Solutions Analyst Business Analyst or Consulting role).not CSM
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting data and explaining its business impact.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with external stakeholderstranslating complex data into simple actionable insights.
- Experience in a highgrowth or fastpaced company.
- Selfstarter with a bias for action and ownership.
- Proficient in tools like Excel SQL Tableau/Looker or similar analytics platforms (a plus).
Nice to have :
- Exposure to SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- Experience in value engineering customer value management or similar fields.
