About the role
Joining our Conduct and Professional Standards Team you will conduct high quality timely and fair investigations into serious misconduct matters related to employees and contractors. You will undertake investigations into reportable allegations of abuse and neglect of children young people and people with disabilities by LWB staff contractors and foster carers. As a valued member of the inhouse Employment Relations team with strong connections to the National Safeguarding Unit (NSU) your insights will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and practice improvements within a values based and agile organisation.
This role blends office and remote work requiring you to be based at our Leederville office with the flexibility to work remotely from home. This is a permanent full time position with travel expected across WA as required.
