• Clean Technology Systems Environmental: air pollution control and noise abatement systems

Position Summary: Detailing and electrical design (hardware and software) for industrial control systems.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Design and detailing of industrial controls systems for both hardware and software
• Generate design drawings bill of equipment PLC /controller code/graphic user interface code from examples and reference projects
• Follow through designs to equipment fabrication software code testing and onsite startup/debug of all functions
• Maintain transmittal records and document control
• Interface with the customer to establish design goals
• Specify equipment
• Travel approximately 30

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Computer Engineering
• 5 years of position related experience
• Experience with electrical engineering design for industrial controls and panels
• Able to interpret NEC and local codes
• Familiar with PLC programming graphic user interface programming computer operating systems and networking
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Familiar with instrumentation and process control
• Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Ability to understand project schedules
• Good time management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work well independently and in a team environment

Physical Demands: While performing duties of job incumbent is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; and use hands and arms. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision and distance vision.
